We can put some harsh expectations on ourselves sometimes. Often it can be a symptom of our Mental Health issues. We need to be able to set fair expectations without being unreasonable on ourselves.
Be fair on yourself
Give yourself the same time you'd give a friend
Understand yourself
Remember to be ok with who you are
Work each day to make a better tomorrow
Your traumas do not define you
