Is 2025 Tesla Model Y Getting a 1 Million Mile Battery With Insane Range and Charging? Details!!!
There is a breakthrough new EV battery. It does 1 million miles, handles -22° F up to 149° F.
Recently, a new battery technology was launched, which is said to completely solve concerns about the range of electric vehicles in harsh weather conditions, and can boost the range of EV up to 40%, making a thousand mile battery dream come true. So, what kind of technology is behind this new battery? Will the Tesla Model Y and even the Juniper refresh get that, similar to the deal with C-A-T-L for the Shenxing battery? Follow along as I answer all of that in further detail.

Everything about the new battery technology.
So let’s take a moment to discover who is behind this new tech. Not surprising, this is a breakthrough from a Chinese company again. Farasis Energy recently showcased the new battery at this year’s ASEAN Automotive Supply Chain Conference held in Thailand. According to Mr Jack Peng from Farasis Energy, who attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech, the company's battery products introduced boasts high performance, top-notch safety standards, robust temperature adaptability, and exceptionally long cycle life advantages. So now let’s talk about more details of this battery.

To tackle the high temperatures in the ASEAN markets and nearby countries, Farasis Energy developed power batteries with excellent temperature adaptability. These batteries can function normally at temperatures as low as minus 22 degree Fahrenheit (which is pretty close to minus 30 degree Celsius) and as high as 149 degree Fahrenheit (which equal to 65 degree Celsius). For context, even the highest recorded temperature on Earth is only top up at 56.7 degree Celsius in Death Valley. This means Farasis's new battery is a game-changer, a big deal that could convince I-C-E people to switch to electric vehicles.
