You can allow people to bypass the lobby in Teams automatically, which I think is a crucial function because of how much work it would take to manually let participants into the meeting.
You can choose who can bypass the lobby in the meeting's meeting options.
Trusted guests and organizations are guests and domains that have been invited/added and synced to your tenant from an external organization. This option will most likely work if the meeting is for people within the organization and guests who've been invited from their organization to cooperate in yours.
An alternative option would be to set it to Everyone. This will allow anyone who's received a meeting invite to be able to bypass the meeting lobby, regardless of who they are.
