Two recipes how to save cucumbers for the winter. Simple recipes and great results. The first cucumber salad recipe requires no boiling, you don't use boiling water at all. The second recipe is very convenient, because the cucumbers can be used immediately in salads or other dishes. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:

Recipe 1:
1700g cucumbers
Cut cucumbers into 5-7 mm thick slices
200 grams of onions
130 grams of garlic
Don't be afraid to add as much garlic as this will allow you to keep the pickles for a long time
70 ml 9% vinegar (or 100 ml 6% vinegar)
50 grams of salt
125 grams of sugar
Stir well and leave to marinate in the fridge for 12 hours
Sterilize the lids and jars appropriately
Allow the jars to cool slightly to avoid temperature fluctuations
Place the cucumbers in the jars and press firmly
From the specified amount of ingredients I received two glasses of 900 ml
Top up with the cucumber juice
Screw the lids onto the jars
Store these pickles in the refrigerator or in a dark, cool place for 6 months

Recipe 2:

800 grams of cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
Use sterilized glasses
2 glasses of 720ml each
3 allspice
3-4 black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 clove of garlic
dill
Pour the cucumbers into the jars
Pour boiling water over, cover and let steep for 10 minutes
Drain off the water after 10 minutes
For 0.5 l of water
15 g salt (0.5 tablespoon salt)
2.5 tablespoons of sugar
Boil the brine
Add ¾ tablespoon 9% vinegar (or 1 tablespoon 6% vinegar) to each glass

The cucumbers can be kept in a dark place for a whole year.
Enjoy your meal!
