Ingredients:

1 suitable cauliflower (approx. 750 g)
5-6 suitable Champignon mushrooms
5-6 cherry tomatoes
250 g mozzarella
5-6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon sweet/hot paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 sprigs of green parsley
salt and pepper to taste
