What are you waiting for?

We spend so much time wishing we were somebody else, a celebrity, a sage, a millionaire. But even if we could be reborn 1000 times as a King, Queen or Emperor we would still have to learn how to navigate our ordinary human experience of thoughts and emotions, birth and death.

In this short talk taken from my weekly zoom group, I explore why everything we need for our own liberation is already here and now, available in this very moment. We just have to start paying attention.
