below is the ingredient:

Bahan2 :
Jejari ketam
Salad
Timun
Lobak
Daun ketumbar
Suhun/bihun
Rice paper
Air

Sos pencicah:
2 biji cili padi
2 sudu sos ikan
3 sudu sos cili
1 sudu perahan lemon
Hirisan ketumbar

Resepi ayam bakar:
Dada ayam
1 sudu sos tiram
1/2 sdk serbuk lada

Dipping sauce:
2 grains of rice chili
2 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons chili sauce

Grilled chicken:
Chicken breast
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder

Anggaran 1 kilo daging
1 inci halia
1 ulas bawang putih
1-2 sudu kecil rempah kurma
1 sudu kecil lada hitam biji
1 sudu kecil garam
7-8 cawan air

Bahan untuk air asam kerisik:
1 biji tomato
1 biji bawang besar
½ biji tomato (kisar bersama anggaran ¼ bawang besar)
1 inci belacan
1 cawan air asam jawa
sedikit garam
1-2 sudu besar gula
1 sudu besar kicap manis
6-10 tangkai cili padi
2 sudu besar kerisik
Sedikit perahan limau nipis

Bahan-bahan untuk nasi:
¼ cawan minyak masak
2 sudu besar mentega
3 ulas bawang putih
¼ biji bawang holland
2 helai daun pandan
Rempah 4 sekawan (1 batang kayu manis, 2 bunga lawang, 4 pelaga, 3 cengkih)
1 sudu besar rempah kurma
1 sudu besar rempah briyani
Akar ketumbar
Batang sup
1 biji tomato
3 cawan beras
1 mangkuk kecil kismis
4 ½ cawan air rebusan daging
½ cawan susu cair
Sedikit garam
½-1 kiub ayam
