We have one life. A life, that can end any day. That's just reality. We have one life, with so many opportunities - that we can decide whether we want to explore or not. And the decision that I have made - after coming home from our second Fundamental Change Retreat in 2024, is one that I want to share with you. The decision is to do a 730 Day Proces. Daily meditations, talks, sharings and singing mantras. It's a personal journey for me, that I want to share with you. Why, but why would I commit to doing a 730 day process. And doing it for free? I'm doing it to give and to receive as a fundamental part of my life. To stay connected, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually each and every day. I will give - my knowledge, my thoughts, emotions, perspectives and experiences - my ups and downs on my journey through life and the things I want to accomplish - and inspire you to accomplish. I will receive - the experience of deep friendship & growth across boarders, that I have been so grateful for, since my journey started here on Insight Timer in 2017. My purpose in life is to makes as positive a change in the lifes of all the people I meet on my path - and this is one of the ways that I will be doing it for the next 2 years, starting april 1st 2024. The Lives will be in all types of surroundings, different times in the day, sometimes with good and sometimes with bad connections - in the mountains or in the ocean, on birthdays and Christmas. The commit is to do it every day of my life for the next 2 years. This Journey will change my life and I'm quite sure that it can change yours too.
