I took this idea from the Editor-In-Chief Andrea Tullman from Downtown Magazine 4 years ago. She had an idea of taking a weekly photo of the one world trade center and make it a collage for the magazine. Though the project never took place, just recently it did inspire to to put together 8 years of personal photos documenting the One World Trade Center from foundation to finish from the various photo shoots around the city. Spanning a total of 8 years, these photos captures the progress of the building construction from different angles from the city and other changes in the downtown Manhattan. Cameras that I use have been changing. I can remember when I arrived in New York City with a Panasonic SV-AS10 D-snap pocket camera, to my first DSLR Sony A700, to Nikon D700 and finally the Nikon D800. Time flies.
