Here is Tony Khan attempting to pump up the crowd before AEW Dynamite in Charleston WV. You can easily see the black curtain they put up in part of the upper level seating. AEW did not even attempt to sell the upper level seats, which I was surprised to see. The last time AEW came to Charleston the arena was nearly sold out from top to bottom.
