The second leg of the ex-NYGL equipment's journey to Honesdale, PA consisted of a move over the New York, Susquehanna & Western from their yard in Saddle Brook to the their interchange with the Stourbridge Line in Lackawaxen. Power was provided by two leased CSX geeps and the train was reorganized for optimum handling on the road. In addition to the equipment from the NYGL, the NYSW also tacked on three cars of their own bound for the Stourbridge, two vintage tank cars and a Conrail caboose.
