The deepest wish of every human being is to live, to love and to be loved. "It is the magic formula that leads out of inner confusions and entanglements that originally stem from the bond with mother and father. Even massive early childhood traumas can be fully integrated with it. Fears of death and abandonment can be overcome. The return to these basic human needs acts like a reset and helps to live in good inner contact with oneself in the future instead of just surviving."
