After taking a brief break to warm ourselves up in a fancy photo booth, we headed to find dinner, hoping some outlets were still open as the fireworks did end a bit past the usual dinnertime. We were SO HUNGRY from shivering in the cold 🥶

Not entirely sure what was the name of this gukbap place, but we passed by it often to and from our accommodation, and it was one of the few stores that were still open so we decided to give it a try.

It was SO GOOD, that amazing feeling when you drink your first spoon of HOT hearty soup after shivering in the cold is unmatched 😋

Side dishes were free flow (including little rolls of noodles if you still have soup leftover after finishing the accompanying rice). There was peeled garlic, lots of side dishes, such a great, hearty meal.

And of course when in South Korea, I HAD to try the viral drink and ice cup combination, which isn't the smartest idea in winter time 😅 but we were already back in our accommodation, so it wasn't too bad. These drinks aren't cheap, so once is enough for me 😅
