Did you know Apple Notes could be used to build and improve relationships with Friends or Clients? Let me show you an easy way to manage contacts and some automation magic to make sure you keep those relationships going and always have something to say!

THE FIRST TIME you run the automation, it will ask you to select your default locations: the Apple Notes folder where you want to store your contact notes, and also the reminders list and calendar you want to use. Please DO NOT accept the default answers shown: tap and choose your own.

SUBSEQUENT USE:
Every time you add a new note, the shortcut will ask for permission to delete the old one. it's OK TO ACCEPT: in fact, the shortcut will stop if you deny permission and the new note won't be saved.
