Waukesha parade massacre suspect Darrell Brooks and Judge Jennifer Dorow disagreed over Brooks' explanation that he would have standby counsel since he would be representing himself. "That is not a correct statement of the law, sir. Standby counsel is not for the benefit of a defendant, it's for the benefit of the court," Judge Dorow said.
