Amy Roman shares her experience in the Organizational Leadership program as works to get her Bachelor's in Science Degree. The online program offers flexibility to students as they can work around a busy schedule. Amy being a full-time employee and single mother expresses that the program has given her the opportunity to reach her goal of gaining a degree and still has time with her child.
