Butch Belgica was one of the Philippine's most notorious criminals in the 1960s and 70s. He was known as a gang leader and a dedicated Communist. However, his life was radically transformed after he came to know Jesus. He was miraculously pardoned in 1976 by President Marcos. Currently he devotes his time to pastoral and civil work in Manila, Philippines.
