Cottage cheese 5-7% 200 g (7oz.)
Sugar 50g. (1.7oz.)
Cream 33% 150 ml.

Optional:
*Vanillin 1/2 tsp. - add if you like vanilla taste

The ice cream itself is very tasty, but if you like it in chocolate, you can prepare chocolate glaze:
-Chocolate 56% 250 g (8.8oz.)
-Olive oil 75 ml.
-Butter 50g. (1.7oz.)
