Taco Buffet for 45 people each eating 2 to 3 TACOS
I so over bought, so I am here to give you a great grocery list for your party
10 lbs Hamburger (80/20)
I drained most the fat off meat, before I add seasoning and water
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Cup Taco Seasoning ( I used 1 Cup it wasn't enough flavor)
3.5 Cups Water,
I add 1/3 Cup water to each pound, some recipes call for
1/2 Cup water for each pound, the water helps the meat absorb the seasoning .....cook off the water
Put Taco meat in CrockPot
2 to 3 Bags (1 lb bags) Shredded Lettuce
5 lb Shredded Cheese
3 lb Bucket Sour Cream
7 Large Tomatoes (diced)
2 Bottles Ortego Taco Sauce
72 Hard Shells
60 Soft Shells (buy extra just in case)

White Rice (6 Cups Dry Rice)
3 Large Cans Refried Beans
Salad ( your Choice) I made Greek Salad (recipe on my channel)
Loaded Potato Salad (Sams Club) 2 Buckets
Mac & Cheese (recipe on my channel
