In this video, I discuss Marriage Story and how it portrays relationships, emphasizing a specific scene in the film and how it is a testament to the strength of slice-of-life as a storytelling style. This video functions both as a short review of Marriage Story and a close look at that scene in particular.

I'm trying to get into a new habit of making monthly videos, and as part of that, I'm hoping to have more regular output of shorter form video essays discussing topics of interest at the moment. Often times, this will be quick looks at movies, video games, or real world stories. This will allow me to have regular output while also giving me time to dedicate to the bigger, long-form essays or series (such as my series on Lynch's movies) that I have in the works. I need to strike a balance, and this is how I intend to do it!
