WSL = Windows Subsystem for Linux
TAR = Tape Archive
VHD/VHDX = Virtual Hard Disk

WSL Commands:
wsl --export (Distribution Name) (FileName.tar)
wsl --export (Distribution Name) (FileName.vhdx) --vhd
wsl --import (Distribution Name) (InstallLocation) (FileName.[tar,vhdx])
wsl --import-in-place (Distribution Name) (FileName.vhdx)
