Fishing with a Mepps spinner for trout in an urban river 3 weeks after it was stocked with trout. The river receives heavy fishing pressure after a stocking but the crowd had dwindled. I like to toss a spinner and keep moving to pick up a trout or two after everyone thinks the fish have all been caught.
