I want to eat some big meat once in a while!
This time I was able to get some good chunks of sparerib meat.
I think I'll try grilling it slowly using binchotan charcoal.
Cut between the bones of a chunk of spare ribs that is nearly 30 cm long.
The meat turned out to be quite thick and big.
Finally, finish by applying the sauce.
When it comes to barbecue sauce, Yoshida's sauce comes to mind.
It seems to be famous overseas, but the normal size is too big.
I found a small bottle online that is easy to use for camping.
This time I used plenty of Yoshida sauce.
The meat is slowly grilled, applying it over and over again with a brush.
The meat around the bones is delicious and goes well with beer.
Meat goes well with men's camping meals.
