Zasha is a private money queen! In this podcast, she and Brian go in-depth on how she’s been able to raise so much money to participate in her real estate investing deals. They share how they got into real estate investing. Zasha was raised by a single mom, and finances were stressed as she was growing up. Zasha worked as an engineer before she went full-time into real estate investing. Her son was diagnosed with autism when he was 18 months old, and she needed a lot of time off work to go to his doctor appointments. Soon after that, Zasha's family life was strained as she was trying to balance family and work. This was the trigger that made her start investing in real estate so she could become financially independent from a 9 to 5 job. She made six figures on her first investing deal, and only 45 days!

One of the biggest lessons Brian learned recently was that you can scale too fast. Zasha agrees and struggled with scaling with partners.
