Our family of 13 on a journey to Church and the Wegman's grocery store in West Village NYC. I was on a mission to find a place that had the kind of ham my mom used to make (on the bone and not precut) for Easter (I wasn't going to buy it yet, I was just planning ahead) and I figured Wegmans was the best place to find something like that so since that store is close to church we walked over there to have a look. They have some VERY fancy meat there lol... I talked to the man at the meat counter and he said they would have what I was looking for a week or so before Easter. And I'm hoping since its a seasonal item it won't be too expensive. We'll see. I'm not looking for fancy Spanish ham or anything lol. My kids are such traditionalists. They want to have what my mom always made back when we lived in San Diego. We got some snacks too and we found some of the yummiest heart shaped macarons! #largefamilylife
