Misti Doi Ingredients
১ কাপ জল / 1 Cup Water
৬ লিটার গরুর দুধ / 6 liter cow milk
২০০ গ্রাম দই / 200g Curd
১.৩ কেজি চিনি / 1.3kg sugar
২০০ গ্রাম চিনি / 200g sugar
১০০ গ্রাম দই / 100g Curd
রেখেদিন ৮ থেকে ১০ ঘন্টা / Keep it for 8-10 hours
