☑︎ 100 g light flour
☑︎ Almond powder 20g
☑︎ 100 g unsalted butter
☑︎ 80g cane sugar
☑︎ 2 eggs
☑︎ Zest of 1 lemon
☑︎ 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
☑︎ Pumpkin seeds As much as you like
( ↳ for topping)

Icing
☑︎ Powdered sugar 100g
☑︎ Lemon juice 20g
( ↳ Add lemon juice a little at a time to desired consistency )
