Today's video is the Garlic shrimp pizza. Actually, this is the signature menu from the well known restaurant that name is the Mad for Garlic in Korea. As you can see the restaurant name, this restaurant uses the garlic as the main ingredient all the dishes. Today's pizza called garlic snowing pizza on their menu because when they serve the pizza, they grate the Grana Padano cheese on the pizza straight away like a snow falling in front of customer. Furthermore, they put on crispy garlic chips as the topping on pizza. It's impossible for it to not taste good, If you love the garlic. Today, I show you shrimp pizza recipe with simple white pizza sauce and useful crispy garlic chips tip in this video. Hopefully, everyone who watch this have fun.

Ingredients

Garlic chips - garlic, veg oil, salt
White pizza sauce - unsalted butter 2Tbsp, all purpose flour 2Tbsp, milk 300ml, minced garlic 1tsp, parmesan cheese 60g, salt & pepper
Shrimp pizza - shrimp (minced grilic, parsley, oilve oil marinade), pizza dough, condensed milk (honey available), mozzarella cheese, canned pineapple, grana padano parmesan block cheese



Method

1. Use a slicer or a chop knife to cut garlic into a certain thickness.
2. Soak the sliced garlic in cold water for at least an hour to get rid of the spiciness, then drain the kitchen towel.
3. Heat oil in pan and reduce garlic to low heat right away.
4. Stir garlic like boiling, then turn off the heat when it starts to turn light golden and cook until it turns golden brown.
5. After removing the oil from the kitchen towel, sprinkle salt to complete the garlic chip.
6. Melt butter on low heat and add flour, milk, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese to make a white cream sauce (see video)
7. Place white cream sauce, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, and pineapple on top of pizza dough and cook in oven OR pan with lid.
8. Place garlic chips and grated block cheese on a cooked pizza and enjoy it.
