Bosnian stacked burek with ready-made crusts is a recipe that we are very happy to prepare and recommend to everyone. Without error and proven good and successful.

INGREDIENTS :
700 grams of noodles
500 - 700 grams of minced meat
2 onions
100 grams of butter
sour cream 1 spoon
200 ml of milk

RECIPE:
✅ Fry 2 onions in butter and leave to cool
✅ Prepare the mixture: 700 g of mixed beef, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper, onion that has cooled in the meantime, 200 ml of lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Mix everything well and combine
✅ Prepare 200 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil in a bowl - mix
✅ Pour hot water into a small pan, we will dip the noodles in it. Oil the tray where we will make the burek and start stacking the noodles. We will not soak the first layer in water, but just spray it from above. Spread the meat on top and sprinkle with the milk mixture. Add this mixture every other row.
✅ Soak the noodles in hot water and continue stacking them in layers, up to the top of the pan: noodles - meat - mixture with milk
✅ We will skip the final layer of noodles a couple of centimeters from all sides, so that they can be pulled inside. Cut the pie into cubes - for us it simply bakes better and absorbs the water evenly.
✅ Heat the oven to 250°C, oil the pie a little and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the color you want. If you want the pie to be completely pale on top, you can also put foil over the baking sheet
✅ Prepare hot sauce: boil water and add salt. After 35 minutes, take the pie out and pour the sauce over it. Slightly raised with a knife to better absorb water. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes
✅ During this time, melt the butter and after the pie is ready, spread the butter over it
