My easy brown bread ice cream recipe is super tasty and made in an ice cream maker. Many say it’s origin is from the UK and the combination of brown bread and sugar gives this ice cream recipe a delicious coffee-like flavour.

Speaking of it’s origin, this brown bread ice cream recipe also has a long history in the Nash household too! It’s a common dessert we make every Summer which is also great for kids. Simply make the ice cream base and brown bread flavouring and churn in an ice cream maker. Worthy of Masterchef I say!

70g Caster sugar
120ml Whole milk
300ml Double cream
2 Slices Brown bread
75g Dark brown sugar
