In trying to squeeze as much performance out of my 2HP Harbor Freight dust collector as possible, I'm replacing the stock impeller with a larger one from Rikon (part no. P60-200-22) This involves not only replacing the impeller, but also enlarging the inlet hole in the dust cowling to provide for more airflow.

As part of this modification, I also take measurements of the airflow, static suction, volume, and current draw of both impellers as a basis of comparison to see what kind of improvements result.
