✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
1 large apple
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp apricot jam
cinnamon to taste
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
3 eggs
150 g/5.3 oz sugar (4/5 cups)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 ml/ 4 fl oz vegetable oil (3/5 cup)
150 ml/ 5 fl oz milk (3/4 cup)
250 g/ 8.8 oz flour
15 g/ 0.5 oz baking powder
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 C (360F)
baking dish 27x18 cm (10x7 inches)
