I film my own real estate videos 90% of the time. Most of what you see on my channel was filmed solo or with the help of a friend who holds my gimbal.

To produce cinematic property tours, there is a short list of essential equipment that I consider "must haves" for anybody who is serious about making similar style videos.

In this video, I'll go over what equipment I use, and why I like it. Some of this is geared towards the solo shooter where some automation is very helpful. If you have a dedicated cameraman, you won't need the gear such as a motorised slider.
