Hey guys!!! Today's video is for teaching professional Chiffon dough to bake birthday cakes. I use this dough to make my cakes at the bakery. She is simply AWESOME!!!

Ingredients:
6 eggs
260g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
210 grams of hot milk
4 tablespoons of oil
350 grams of wheat flour
