Join a fun 10 minute workout followed by 10 Minute unguided cool down/MELT every Mon. Wed. Fri. 7:30 am ET.

I will share my screen as Heather Robertson guides us through simple Tabata style workouts that you can tailor to your own fitness level. Using light weights and body weight to gain more muscle strength and tone and cardiovascular health.

It is just 10 minutes of work & there is no cost so you really have no excuse...

Join at 7:15am ET for pre-class unguided warm-up and some fun music

If you can't join earlier than 7:15, be sure to do a light warm up before you come to class.
