So today I want to remind you that starting a family and having a baby doesn’t mean your career/body/life is over...it is only just the beginning!

We CAN do it all, since Olivia arrived I feel like I have a much more profound respect and understanding of my own body and other women, both in a physical and mental sense. It has enriched the way I conduct my business and I it has added a completely new layer of technique and effectiveness to my workouts! I’ve also gained a whole new appreciation for the online studio fitting into my new, crazy, unpredictable schedule!

I’ve learned that I can do anything I set my mind to, that our bodies are miraculous and that life has only just begun!
