So you just bROKE YOUR BACK. I am just kidding. You just injured your back. Whether it was during a sport, doing an exercise. Or it just came out of nowhere. Your back is just killing you, you can barely walk, you can’t even bend to pick up anything. Everything that felt easy to do, just became 10x harder. You have no idea what to do, and I was just like you, actually 2 months ago. I got the injury no where, and I was like bruh.. I was just playing Elden Ring, my back just decided ‘Hey, let’s just ruin this guy’s life’, and decided to make life hell. But I was able to overcome this by following this timeline, and after a month and a half, I was able to return back to the gym, and progressing back to my normal lifts. In this video, I am going to explain to you how to fix your back pain.
