In this video we see some Metro trains at Richmond, a major interchange station that serves as the junction for the Burnely and Caulfield group of lines. It also serves as an interchange point for direct services to and from Flinders Street and the City Loop, and is also situated next to Melbourne's sporting precinct serving the Melbourne Cricket Ground, AAMI Park, Hisence Arena and Rod Laver Arena.

Recorded just before the start of the afternoon peak in January 2013 we see all four types of EMU's that were running on the network at the time; Hitachi's, both types of Comeng trains, Siemens and X'trapolis.

Since filming this video there's been a number of changes. Firstly the Hitachi EMU has been retired. Secondly all the trains received the Public Transport Victoria logos. Thirdly Richmond station has undergone an upgrade with additional shelters installed on the platforms and the ramps on the western side of the station.

Date: 18th January 2013.
