They suggested starting to see your higher self as your best friend and nurture the connection in that way to assist the integration.

They also provided ideas to be able to view your current situation with detachment and outside of your normal surroundings, Inorder to recognise patterns and looping cycles. To get curious about what is on repeat and is no longer providing soul growth.

They remind us of our power to clear things up and move forwards. From a space of deep self love and compassion as we are not here to be held back by others. To honour each others unique path and allow each other to grow in ways that we each choose without tethering others or expecting them to fit with our story. Freedom from the conditions & entrapment.

We all get to ascend at the pace we divinely choose!
