This video is dedicated to all the friends I met on my pilgrimage from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port (France) to Santiago de Compostela (Spain, Galicia), which 890 km I walked in 5 weeks from August 03, 2008 to September 04, 2008.
This walk was an essential experience in my life. Hope these photos will give you a small insight to the complexity and deepness of this physical, mental and spiritual journey through a globalized and peaceful world.
The people you see come from all over the world: South Africa, Ethiopia, Canada, Australia, France, Swiss and Germany, UK and Ireland, Italy and of course from Spain. Hope you all live in peace and health.
Although Vargo is not on my favorite list "Dear Friend" is an unbelievable song and adds a kick to it, unless it reflects on a good "friend" which I lost in 2007.
