One of the most requested recipes is finally here, and since this is one of my favorite dishes, your wish is my command! I'm excited to share my Filipino-style Fiesta Callos with you. It’s not only packed with flavor, but I guarantee the whole family and especially the kids will love it. Perfect for the upcoming celebration!

Ingredients:

Olive oil, for sauteing
8 cloves Garlic, minced
1 ½ cup -White onion
2 pcs. Spanish sausage
250g. Smoked bacon
750g Oxtail, boiled
750g Oxtripe, boiled
3 Tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Oregano
1 cup White wine

4 cups Beef stock
½ cup Tomato, crushed
Salt, to taste

1 pc. Red bell peppers, diced
1 cup Green olives
1 cup Garbanzos
Salt & pepper, to taste
