The EPA, as part of the National Dialogue on Climate Action, hosted a public lecture in partnership with Dublin City Council in The Round Room at The Mansion House, Dublin on 19th April 2023.

Professor Stefan Rahmstorf is Co-Head of Research Department on Earth System Analysis of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and Professor of Physics of the Oceans at the University of Potsdam presented a talk on: "Ocean Circulation, Tipping Points and the Public Climate Debate"
