How to make ramen eggs for your noodles #ramen #eggs

Recipe for the concentrate
1 litre soy sauce
1/2 cup mirin
1/4 cup sugar
50 grams or 3 inch piece of ginger ginger, sliced into chunks
5-6 cloves garlic, smashed
A bunch of green onions, roughly cut

Simmer all ingredients for 10 min and strain and cool. Mix 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water

For the eggs
From simmering water, boil eggs for 6.20 min and immediately shock into ice water and let it sit for a min of 10 min to fully cool. Peel eggs and place in diluted marinade for 2 days
