Been craving for some lumpiang sariwa? Wait no more! Here’s a delicious recipe that will surely impress your family! Must try, Ka-simpol! 😋🌯

INGREDIENTS:
(For the Lumpia Wrapper)
Set A:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon salt

Set B:
4 pieces egg, beaten
1 cup water or fresh milk
2 tablespoons Golden Fiesta Canola Oil

(For the Lumpia Filling)
Set A:
2 tablespoons Golden Fiesta Corn Oil
1 piece onion, minced
1/2 cup ground pork
½ cup shrimps, chopped
Datu Puti Patis (Fish sauce), to taste
UFC Black Pepper, to taste
4 cups ubod (heart of palm), boiled until tender and julienned 
Shrimp head juice, from the shrimp

(For the Lumpia Sauce)
Set A:
¼ cup cornstarch or potato starch
¾ cup brown sugar3
1/2 cups water
½ cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 tablespoons Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
4 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
UFC Black Pepper, to taste
