hi everyone! in todays video i’m trying 2 viral healthy recipes i found on tiktok. being injured has made me realise how important nutrition and having a balanced diet is in any sport you do so i wanted to find some new recipe ideas to make meals that have fibres, carbs, protein, fats and everything else you need to support your body.
