Corned Beef and Cabbage
Ingredients:
• 3-5 Pound Corned Beef Brisket (Set Seasoning Packet Aside)
• Steak Princess BBQ Beauty and the Beef
• Boars Night Out White Lightning
• 1 Medium Head of Cabbage
• 1 Small Bag Baby Carrots
• 1 Medium Onion
• 1 Quart Beef Stock
Directions:
1. Preheat your pellet (or your favorite smoker) to 275 degrees.
2. Seasoning brisket with White Lightning and Beauty and the Beef to taste.
3. Set brisket directly on the smoker and cook for 3 hours or until internal temperature is around 160 – 165.
4. While the brisket is cooking chop your cabbage and slice your onion.
5. In a large stock pot layer your carrots, onions and cabbage.
6. Pour beef stock over mixture.
7. Sprinkle the seasoning packet that came with your brisket over the cabbage mixture.
8. Once your brisket has reached an internal temperature remove from smoker and add to the top of your cabbage mixture in your stock pot.
9. Cover with the lid.
10. Return to smoker and cook until the brisket has reached an internal temperature of 210 degrees.
