On 21 July 2024, Tengah Bus Interchange opened its doors to the public, housing a total of 3 bus services. As the amount of residents moving into the new housing estate increase, it is a timely route extension for bus services 870 and 992. At the same time, bus service 871 was being introduced to provide a new connection between Tengah, Bukit Gombak and Beauty World.
