This shows a rare usage of the Norfolk Southern / CSX railway interlock / interchange at Berea, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. In this video, the NS 20W [Chicago, IL (BNSF) to Croxton, NJ. Runs Thu-Mon. Notes: BNSF Z LACNYC) ] in order to avoid passing through Pittsburgh, PA because of a derailment, crosses over railroad lines. First, however, all traffic on both CSX and NS stops. Then the 20W train crosses over to another NS track, then across the interchange tracks onto CSX tracks. After which, normal NS traffic resumes, also shown here.
