Honestly i didnt think i would actually go!

I have lost alot of enthisiasm for things i once loved when my daughter was alive, but i am trying? Amd one of the things i do, is to say ‘yes’ alot!

So saying yes almost a year ago seemed like a good idea at the time. As we got closer I found myself wantimg to cancel. I wasnt in the mood, I didnt want to be social, losten to music or dance.

I am glad friends encouraged me however, as although it wasnt always easy, I am really glad I went!

I danced away some grief, while at times needed to leave the room because of the power of the music

I am sure the dancing helped release some of the trapped trauma
