First of all, I like their airport pick up and drop off service.
This resort is a nice and comfy place to stay at in Phu Quoc island. The rooms are spacious. There is a nice swimming pool and small outdoor and indoor playgrounds for kids.
The breakfast was very good. I like that they offer jackfruit at the buffet. The beach is right within the resort, but you can't enter the water, since there is abundance of jellyfish in those waters. However, they offer free kayaking service on the beach.
The other remark is that having one air conditioner for a spacious rooms means it takes a while for the room to cool down.
